Armaan Kang

Armaan Kang is a longtime DFW resident who recently joined Ding Babb Law Group in 2024. Armaan’s practice focuses on transactional and organizational matters for small businesses such as formations, company agreements and bylaws, acquisitions, property dispositions, trademark registrations, and other intellectual property matters. Armaan also advises our clients on their commercial activities by providing counsel on topics ranging from intellectual property matters to employment and contracting in a variety of contexts.

He previously worked in insurance defense, start-up projects, mass torts litigation, estate planning, commercial transactions, and with the US Small Business Administration.

Armaan attended Southlake Carroll High School followed by undergrad at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Armaan attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (“Pitt”) and graduated with his J.D. in 2019. At Pitt, he was active in university start-up efforts, performing intellectual property due diligence on behalf of university researchers and graduate students pursuing commercial projects based on their academic work.

Armaan is an active member of the Texas Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
