Calendar management
Job description and responsibilities:
Manage a docket of between 40 and 60 cases
Support attorneys with case management
Update a calendar with deadlines as applicable
Prepare forms for immigration matters
Organize evidence related to each form for each case in electronic database
Do so in an efficient and timely manner
Assist with preparing applications for mailing to USCIS, National Visa Center, DOL, U.S. Consulates abroad, and other governmental institutions;
Communicate with clients in either English or Chinese about their case, ask for documents as needed, and conduct meetings with clients regarding their case.
Pay and Benefits:
35 - 60k; range will vary based on experience
