Ding Babb Law Group helps client to expedite employment authorization document (“EAD card”) approval in two weeks!

Ding Babb Law Group helped a client to apply for an expedited work card. USCIS approved the work card in two weeks! Prior to being with Ding Babb Law Group, the client had submitted the work card application to the USCIS in June 2022. It had been under review since that time. Expecting to get an EAD card, the client began looking for jobs. She received an offer in December 2022; however, she had no work permit. Before finding us, she tried expediting her EAD card with EMMA, the artificial customer service bot on the USCIS.gov website, twice. She failed.

The client found us at the beginning of January 2023. After comprehensively analyzing the client's situation, it took three days to gather her appropriate documents, prepare the client's urgent application materials, and submit them to USCIS. Her EAD card was approved two weeks after submission!

If you are also experiencing the same predicament, if there is no movement on your EAD card, and/or you have applied for an expedited application to no avail, email info@dingbabb.com to see if we can help!
